  36. Scotch Bonnet is another name for habanero.  They are truly hot, as I
  37. can attest: A friend of mine here, a former ABC affiliate reporter, went
  38. home to New Mexico and brought back some stuff that he had us taste.  It
  39. immediately induced the symptoms of a high fever...profuse sweating,
  40. wooziness, etc., along with an amazing burning sensation in the mouth.
  41. He told us (later) that it was pure ground habaneros.  OUCH!

  43. And this is from a guy who _dared_ Thai restaurant chefs to make it
  44. "just a little bit hotter than you'd have it at home."
